- I think the Allies OTL/ATL would be identical. And there's not much to be done with the Anglo-Dutch Alliance. But the others need work. Maybe I'll do it later if my relatives prove tiresome.

- We don't need some stray Argentine or Swede or South African wandering in and having a hissy fit. There may not be a tremendous amount of work necessary here--which would make it a useful trial canter for the SV alliances. Turtle Fan 14:46, 13 April 2009 (UTC)
