Short Stories First Published in a Baen "Bookazine"

When Science fiction publisher and editor Jim Baen started his eponymous publishing house, he experimented with a series of regular paperback books in a magazine-style format that he called "bookazines". The first of three series, called Destinies was published quarterly from 1978 to 1981; the second called Far Frontiers was also published quarterly in 1985 and 1986, the third called New Destinies was initially quarterly and then semi-annually from 1987 to 1990.

Harry Turtledove has had published a number of short stories initially in these bookazines.
