Presidents

This is a category for people who have held the office of President of their respective country in OTL, or in one of the works of Harry Turtledove, or both. Countries with a high representation, such as President of the United States, should have their own sub-categories.

"President" is frequently the title of the head of state of a republic. However, several countries have used or continue to use "president" as the title of the head of government.
