These characters are from Earth futures in which no nations are mentioned; the borders of the modern world may or may not exist. Some are from stories set in the future, others are time-travelers from the future in stories set in the present or past.
This does not include characters from stories which are set in the far future but have at least some modern national identities still intact - e.g., "Bluff" and the Crosstime Traffic home timeline, and even the world of "Vilcabamba" whose human culture is in the process of eroding.
