These heads of state and/or government were members of a political party or movement that embraced fascism in a Harry Turtledove alternate history work. Some of them were also fascists rulers in OTL.
Dictators who formally deny being "fascist" while governing in a truly fascistic way, are included here as well. For example, in "The Breaking of Nations," Mike Pence and Vladimir Putin do not embrace the name fascism, but the story clearly portrays them as such.
Dictators in worlds which are not conscious of fascism should not be listed here. For example, Southern Victory's Jake Featherston embraces an ideology that the reader recognizes as fascist, but he could not understand himself to be such, as he lives in a world where Benito Mussolini never came to power.
Offices that have sufficient representation, such as the Führer of the Greater German Reich, should be given their own sub-category.
