Died of Hepatological Illness

These characters died of some sort of hepatological illness, i.e., complications relating mainly to the liver, but also to the gallbladder, biliary tree, and/or pancreas. As Harry Turtledove and Laura Frankos have not been in the habit of using this method to kill fictional characters, this category is weighted toward historical figures who died this way, and an OTL/ATL split has not been created.
