Dictators (OTL)

These characters served as dictators in OTL and appeared in a Harry Turtledove timeline, although not necessarily in the capacity of dictator.

In OTL, they rarely used the literal title of "dictator", but used their political position as a head of state or head of government to consolidate power, becoming the absolute ruler of their respective countries.
