These people are members of the various tribes (usually Celtic) who lived in the British Isles before the establishment of the modern national identities which make up the United Kingdom - England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, and Ireland. Also included are people who live in the islands in timelines where the OTL identities never existed.
