Aerial Combat Deaths (OTL)

These historical figures, usually pilots or flight crew, were killed during aerial combat, or as a consequence of that combat (e.g., while they survived the initial battle, their vehicle crashed due to damage, or they were forced to bail out and were killed as a result) and appear in one or more of the works of Harry Turtledove, where they may have met a different fate.
