Cappalli III was a planet whose small northern continent, called Maximilian by the Federacy, had developed a civilization by the 27th century FSY. Scrapers and tureens were some of the Maxilmilianese artifacts studied by Professor Richardson's anthropology class at the University of Hyperion in 2687 FSY.[1]
