Cammius Maximus was Roman soldier stationed along the Wall in Britannia. He escorted four merchants to the fort Brocolitia. When he arrived, he explained the relationship among the four merchants to decurion Quintus Vestinus Corvus, and then delivered a letter to Claudius Appelinus, the local prefect.[1]
