Cal was the Chairman of the City Council of the country of Westside, one of the petty kingdoms that formed in Los Angeles in the generations after the Russian-American War in 1967.[1]
It was his mutant dog Pots that people thought would win Valley-Westside War of 2097 for them but unfortunately for them this wasn't true and Cal's dog ended up being shot down and his country occupied by The Valley's forces.[2]
He fled his country, reportedly to Speedro, and left some of his wealth with the Mendoza family.[3]
