By the Arch Repairs was a front company for Crosstime Traffic. It was located in Rimini, Italian People's Republic, in an alternate where the Soviet Union won the Cold War. By the Arch Repairs served as a back-up to The Three Sixes, a gaming shop in nearby San Marino. When the Italian Security Police quietly seized control of The Three Sixes, the employees of By the Arch, Rocco and Giulio were stranded.
