Barisha was the Belagoran ambassador to the new Kingdom of Shqiperi. He presented Otto of Schlepsig (who was "reigning" in the persona of Halim Eddin) an ultimatum that Tremist should be returned to Belagoran rule. In response, Otto declared war on Belagora.
Otto noted that Barisha was as belligerent as his Vlachian counterpart Vuk Nedic, however he did not appear to be a werewolf.
