Baha Province, sometimes called the Golden Province[1], was a province in far eastern Detina. During the Detinan Civil War, the province stayed loyal to King Avram and sent soldiers to the west, to help fight against the northern rebels led by false King Geoffrey.
Silver and gold were both important mineral resources of Baha. Fighting Joseph, a powerful military leader, had invested in mining ventures there before the War, and proved himself to be a very bad businessman.

Baja the Golden Province is based on California, nicknamed "The Golden State".
