Alpharalpha B is a planet. It is home to a race of highly evolved and sagacious kumquats. The palace inside the grandest orchard on the planet had its precociously planted throne room and somewhat less precociously planted antechamber stolen. Space Patrol sent Cadet Rufus Q Shupilluliumash to investigate. During his brief visit to Alpharalpha, he was arrested twice and ejected from the planet.

"Alpha Ralpha Boulevard" was a 1961 science fiction short story by Paul Linebarger (1913-1966) who used the pseudonym Cordwainer Smith. Harry Turtledove collected another Smith story, "The Game of Rat and Dragon," in The Best Military Science Fiction of the Twentieth Century.
