Alexandra Clemens, née Perkins (b. 1850) was the wife of journalist Samuel Clemens. They lived in San Francisco, where Sam edited and published his newspaper, The San Francisco Morning Call.

Alexandra bore Clemens two children, Orion and Ophelia. Ophelia grew up to be a journalist herself.
