The Adriatic Sea, an enclave of the Mediterranean Sea, is a body of water separating the Italian Peninsula from the Balkans peninsula, and the system of the Apennine Mountains from that of the Dinaric Alps and adjacent ranges.
The resort town of Rimini in the Italian People's Republic, was located on the Adriatic Sea. The Mazzillis and the Crosettis spent a few days by the Adriatic in August 2097. Unlike other seas, the Adriatic would be too cool to swim in come the winter.[1]
